  1. You will need to call the manufacture of the cell phone, which is Nokia. Someone can help you..  


  2. call your network and if you know your pin they can tell you other codes

  3. Download the nokia 6300 software with the cd you got and just reset your phone, that might work. Just remember all your media and numbers will be deleted, unless they are on the sim card. Also call nokia or your service provider. If that doesnt work, try 0000, or 1111. Those are the default passwords. If none of those does it, im sorry. Its a frekin awesome fone though.
