  1. If you can figure out what town you were closest to (one of some size), you can look up the county using Yahoo maps.  Once the county is ascertained, contact the law enforcement agency within that county that issued you the citation.


  2. WELL I LEAVE IN AMARILLO TX. CALL 1-806-468-1400. THATS THE DMV. IM PRETTY SURE THEY CAN TELL U.  CALL B4 U GET A WARRENT.
