I highly doubt you have lost a finger from a pet snake, unless its a venomous species which caused rotting and it had to be amputated..

A python or boa can't really rip of a finger.

Get your finger back from your snake before it is fully digested and crapped out, then ice it and run to the nearest ER.

Or learn to write with four fingers, either one is fine.
