I have lost "pictures & titles" on my computer, how to get them back?

I have adjusted something & now there are no headings to web sites, such as Google, Yahoo etc,. I have to `right click` & then `show picture`to get things back to normal! even for search boxes! Help!

Go to Internet Options via Control Panel, click Advanced Tab then click Restore Advanced Settings.
