I have lost share cretificates of Peerless Abasan now Shristi Infrastructure and GHCL. What should I do?

I was holding the shares for long time but I didn't dematerialize it. I do have the folio numbers with me. Shristi Infra structure has not informed me about transfer of shares from Peerless to their account.The shares are transferred in my name.

Call the company and find out who the transfer agent is, and then tell them you need to replace a lost stock certificate.  You will probably have to pay a fee.
