I have lost the bit off of my internet search that says file, view etc help!?

i have lost the top bit off of my internet search, that says file,view and stuff, and also the bottom bit which has home etc. i have tried right clicking, but this just does not work. help!! need help fast!!

You accidentally hit F11, which puts your browser into Full-screen mode.  Hit F11 again, and your menus will come back.
