I have low self esteem and i alway think negative things about myself ?

what can i do so i want be like this im always putting myself down and i always let ppl walk all over me i dont even have respect for myself i want this to stop help

  1. You haven't given us much to go on but I think you should try doing something out of your ordinary usual life and see how that makes you feel. Maybe travel and see a new place and make new friends,get a new job perhaps or something as simple as getting a new style can work wonders. Either way you should try harder to break out of this negative cycle as its only doing you an injustice.  


  2. work out, as you see yourself progressing in how much you do, running wise, or what ever work out you're doing. you'll grow in self confidence, or start a competitive sport.

  3. Before you do anything about this, realize that you are a special person.

  4. Emily read as many books as you can on self-esteem and self-confidence. Then take a class in assertiveness. Every time you put yourself down you start to believe it's true. It is not! You are a good human being that is being a down mat to others. You deserve much better treatment from yourself and others. Every time you put yourself down you need to tell yourself three good things about you.
