I have made a new group i don't understand as to how to send a message to other members.?

as a moderator i am supposed to approve the mails sent. but i am unable to fins such an option. please help me.

send the invite to a friend and then that friend email another and tell that friend to keep sending it on to all friends the the mess will get out about your group
