I have made a signature in outlook 2003 which contains a picture file

when i click new message the signature picture is added to the message, but the picture can be dragged to bigger size or lower size.

can i make a signature picture which cannot be appended like no one can drag the picture to bigger or smaller size.

basically i need a picture in the signure which cannot be formatted

only you will be allowed to resize the picture. the reciepent wont be able to edit that. There is "no need" to change your signature file or to create a new one.
