  1. imho you are seriously underweight, hon.  I am 5'6" and 125 and everyone tells me I'm skinny LOL.

There's no way to gain or lose weight in a specific area, but if you put on 10-15 pounds you'll look much healthier and your arms will be soft and smooth like you want.

You didn't say how old you are, but I was seriously bony and skinny til my late 20's.  You're right, it's just the way we're built!

ps, you also didn't say if you're a girl, but I assume you are.  I am too, andy is short for andrea, i should change it LOL.

  2. do pushups, i have the same problem and it really helps, especially building up your shoulders.

  3. sounds like you have a fast metabolism... same as me..i got tired of it, so i did ALOT of research for weight gainers, and come to find out that most weight gainers have alot of c**p (sugar, cholesterol etc.) in them, which is'nt good for you at all, it'll just get you fat, and not build muscle...but i found 2 products that I actually use and they work wonders, no joke at all..i'm a 19 year old male, went from 137 to close to 165 in a little less then a year, with ALOT of work..i know you probably dont want to gain that much weight, so stop after your first tub of this gainer....you have 2 to pick from and they're both at GNC, ones called Optimum Nutrition pro complex gainer, and the other one is Muscletech Mass-Tech...like i sayed, they both have just the right amount of nutrience to gain the weight you want, and not get chubby, just lean muscle..but you do have to put a little effort toward it (pushups, situps etc)...but in a short time, you'll have the weight you want..and dont be fooled by the sales people there, they'll try to get to you to by their brand of products, the GNC brand...they all have too much sugar and not enough protein...only the ones i listed will give you results....good luck

  4. have you tried getting muscle?

    lifting, running, pushups

  5. You are extremely LUCKY. I only know one other person that actually wants to gain weight.

The elliptical trainer! It's perfect for what you want. You will stay skinny but it will look good. You'll look toned and healthy.

Another option if you don't have access to an elliptical trainer is to just lift weights. Or go out for a sport. That always helps.

I still don't understand why you WANT to lose your skinniness.
