I have managed to activate the phone lock on my new phone. I cannot get past the screen to input the code. My provider is not interested, the company I bought the phone from is not interested and the insurance company say I am not covered because I have not 'damaged' my phone. I am now paying for a phone which I cannot use.The phone is G800. thank youAnita King
