Lynn you can download keylogger it will keep up with everything done on your computer.  I have never used this program and would not want it.  Try reading user reviews to decide if this is right for you.

what do you mean under your IP...all the users share one IP.

But if you make passwords for accounts...it's pretty secure that other users cannot see your email...

Also, delete your cookies and Internet history with CCleaner or manually by right clicking on the Internet Explorer icon and choosing Properties.

if you have many users on one PC it is imperative you set up user accounts to protect your portion of the computer. Imagine a room with locked doors, anyone can get into the room, but need a key to get into a particular door, where all your private stuff is.
