It is always best to utilize an attorney for the entire immigration process.  Getting coached for the interview is especially important!

Not unless there is a question about rather this is a legitimate marrige.

It doesn't matter.  The US consulate will not allow an attorney to accompany you during the interview.  It's going to be just you and the American consular officer.
