I have married in U.S. and my husband is here on visitor visa. then after 3months he go back to his country?

I have recently married here in the U.S. and my husband is on a visitor visa. then after 3month's he go back to his counrty.I apply CR1 pition to bring him here .now they denied his pitition and cancel his visitor visa.

how can he come USA to visit me?

can he apply agen visitor visa ?its pasible?

what i have to do or what he have to do?

so we can live to gether?

If you are a U.S. citizen, or permanant resident you can apply for a spousal visa for your husband.  This can easily take 2 to 3 years.  It will not be easy.  You may need the help of an immigration lawyer.  Since your husband got married while in the U.S. on a tourist visa, immigration looks at this as  him trying to illegally find a way to violate his visa and stay in the U.S....they will think it was a marriage of convenience only.  You now have to overcome that big mistake.

What is his country? Why don't you go to his country? As you got married with him, you can get his nationality by laws (depend on his coutry)

first we need to know why the petition was denied and what is your status? but if his visitor visa was canceled then if he applies for another it will be refused based on the same reasons his first was canceled.

why was it denied, that's the important question.  if you married on the visa waiver and then overstayed they could make it hard on you.  yes he will have to leave in this situation and it may take a long time.  first are you a citizen?...your English spelling makes me think no.  if you are not a citizen or a permanent resident then you cannot petition for him to come and are not here legally yourself.  if you are a citizen then it may take a year or two,  taking into account he isn't denied.  if you are a permanent resident it will take about 5 years if he is approved.
