Zenit St. Petersburg defender, Domenico Criscito, has admitted that he has become a mature professional since moving to the Russian Premier League club from Italian outfit, Genoa, last year.
The left-back believes that his new surroundings have given him a whole new experience. However, the Italian stopper added that the move has not affected his character.

Criscito has denied such reports, admitting that he is happy at the St. Petersburg club and ready to tell his critics that he is worth every penny the Meshki have paid to the Serie A club. Criscito revealed that the Russian top
division is getting popular in the world.
“I am playing with the great team, the defending champions of Russian top division. The team has a lot of fans just like in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926. The city is beautiful and I am happy here.” The former Juventus player was quoted as saying.

Criscito admitted that the Meshki are on the brink of retaining the league title this season and expressed his desire to win the UEFA Champions League with the Russian outfit in the near future.
“We are focused on winning the championship of Russia and I am glad that the goal is very close. I hope Zenit is getting better and I think we will reach the later stages of the Champions League next season.” Criscito said.
Speaking on Rubin Kazan’s Salvatore Bocchetti, who lives in Kazan, Criscito revealed that he is good friends with the Italian defender and told that they constantly keep in touch in Russia.
