  1. It works slower,with less torque.


  2. Your meat grinder could be run at 220v 50Hz but, with a speed of rpm(50/60)or rpm(0.83). Your grinder will rotate at 83% lower speed  than it was to run at 60Hz.


  3. Maybe, it will run slower, and you should check for overheating.

    It is usually not a problem running a 50Hz motor on 60Hz, but there could be a possibility of core saturation running a 60Hz motor on 50Hz, I don't know that it is likely, but it could be possible.
