I have misprinted penny - is it worth having it evaluated?

This penny has copper drips and a copper bump on it. Is it worth having a professional evaluate?

When the photo is way out of focus so that does not help. It looks to me that it is damage done outside the mint, the coin could have been in a fire (near one) or heated by a torch. You can take it to a coin dealer but he may just tell you what I did.
