I have mono & how long does it last?

So my tonsils are huge and they look really Nasty they

have white puss all over them the ER says i have mono

but they Didn't tell me what i could Do to help with the pain

they gave me some pills to take to help make it go away which i am taking & also they Didn't tell me how long it will last does anyone know how

long mono lasts?

Potentially a couple months.  Prepare to relax in bed and lose some weight.
