  1. Try this for size:

  2. If the rejection letter is concerning a job applicant, you should include something about how the applicants qualifications were impressive but were not the best fit for the position.  Thats what the rejection letters say these days (personal experience)  It probably gives them some cover from potential lawsuits.  However, If you want to write a rejection letter that reflects reality is should go like this.

    Dear Sir,

Thank you for your efforts and time in making yourself available for this position.  Sitting through an hour long interview made it so our human resources had something to do that day.  Your multiple undergraduate degrees, Professional credential, and five years experience working in the field in which this position is open certainly provided you with the qualifications which would enable you to fill the position successfully.  Being willing to be negotiable on your very modest salary expectations was very generous.  However, our human resources department, and all the people who make the hiring decisions, have as their reading material books with Fabio on the cover.  They are unable to competently evaluate potential candidates, which means you should probably go sell insurance.

    Thank you,

SOme rich guy with a job

Well, thank you I will go sell insurance

  3. Just run the spell check in your question. That is what they made it for.

Set out your letter with your address, phone number email etc,

then their name, address and phone number

    Dear Sirs

    Re: (Job blah blah)

I am very pleased to accept your offer of (job blah blah) .

I acknowledge that I will start  on(day or date) at (time, 9am?etc)

    Yours faithfully

    (type your name)

    Rejection letter?

    replace the middle with:

I thank you for your kind offer of (job blah blah) but, unfortunately, I am unable to accept it at this time.

  4. It would help if you gave some context.  Is this like a letter where you are like a boss of a company writing to people who applied for a job?  If so, I would begin the rejection letter by thanking the person for applying and try to sound sincere when you say "I regret to inform you that you did not get the position."  Do not get too personal and do not apologize in the rejection letter.  For the acceptance letter, congratulate the person and let them know that you are looking forward to seeing how he/she will face the challenges ahead.

  5. What is a rejenction letter? Could you possibly mean a rejection letter? As far as not caring about being able to spell...When it comes to hiring you because you need a job...That is what the prospective employer will say..."I don't care". Your attitude will be your downfall. Your habit of coming here to have others do your work for you will only compound the problem. Learn to spell and do your own work. It will serve you well in later life.

  6. DO IT YOURSELF ***** .

  7. Dear whoeva,
