I have motorola w220 model

Question

i have motorola w220 model and bsnl sim.
i used gprs till 1 year but now it is not working about 5 months
when i open any page it responds that
'request timed out gateway is not responding'
i have all the settings provided by bsnl and talked to customer care also they could not help me and said to meet an software expert
