I have moved and I want my cat to be an inside cat now. How can i make it comfortable for him?

Give him more things to do inside that will keep his interest.  You might also want to give him extra attention.

If he isn't already neutered do that first. It really calms them down under most circumstances. Give him plenty of fun toys and he can chase around and play with. Change them every now and then so that he doesn't get bored. Spending more time with him may also make him want to stay inside more. Good Luck

First, if he is not neutered, get this done. It will calm him down and diminish his excursion needs.

There are some very simple ways of going about this. Mainly just have things to keep him occupied. Catnip, cat trees, scratching posts, cat shelves, and definitely regular playtime which includes you.
