I have my California Driver's Permit, am I alowed to carry passengers as long as i am accompanied with a 25 year old legal driver?

Does it matter what age the passenger has to be?

  2. Yes and this is what what the law reads.....................

    California law requires teen drivers under the age of 18 must drive with an adult 25 years of age or older who has a valid California driver license in the passenger seat or a seat close enough where they can take control of the vehicle and may have passengers only in the rear of the vehicle so that they do not interfere with the driver or the license driver....................

  3. yes as long as the licensed driver in  the vehicle is sitting in the front seat next to you and is over the age of 21 that is the only requirement

  4. after your first two hour class with a driver instructor and the permit is signed then you can drive with a passenger if you have an adult with a drivers license and are 25 or older

  5. nour only aloud to carry an adult u can bring people when u r 18 years old!
