I have my MBA from india and am currently employed with Citibank in India.

If I wanted to move to the US, would my MBA be credited for in the US? and also, Would it be a smooth transition to move within the company, provided I will have a green card?

If you are seeking a job there, it is difficult.

But if citibank sends you, to their citibank in US , it works.

Certainly,  it will be a smooth transition, if you move within the company (i.e., Citibank), provided you have a pass port as well as green card. Your Indian MBA, shall be credited for in the US, too until and unless you have obtained the same through, unreasonable means or from some unknown University. You better try, with in the company or you are working for. Good Luck.
