  1. 1 word: quaaludes. That will calm your nerves.


  2. Try getting familiar with your vehicle. Touch several spots in the vehicle, in and out....spend 5-10 minutes doing this. It sort of gets you communication with what you are doing and driving.

    With my younger clients I get them to do this until you feel more comfortable with the situation.
