I have my first interview tomorrow at dairy queen, what should I expect?

Go apply at Starbucks or something, you're too pretty to work near fry grease.

I used to work at DQ but the management there had very poor English. They asked questions such as "What do you usually do at home?" "Have you served customers before?"

But typically, you should expect a behavioural interview. Questions beginning like "Tell me about a time where you..."blah blah blah. This forces you to answer in a story format. To answer questions like these, tell the interview about the situation you were confronted with, the action you took and the result of those actions.

Some typical questions are "Tell me about a time where you had to stick by a decision you made even though it made you very unpopular."

And "Describe a time where you felt overwhelmed and how you reacted to it."

Bring an extra copy of your resume in case the manager asks to see it and he lost yours. If you dont have it, it will make you look unorganized and unprepared.

Dairy Queen? They're going to look at you to determine if you're clean, to make sure you dont swear and, most importantly, are available during the hours that they need you. If you bathe, dont swear and are available when they need you, you get the job. They dont care about anything else.

your cleanliness, attitude (are you polite, courteous, and friendly), etc. are what they will be looking at. You are not applying to NASA so it shouldn't be too difficult.
