I have my liscense, but I'm only 16, so I can only drive at certain times, except going to and from work?

So, I was wondering if I was babysitting late one night, and I was driving home past the time I'm supposed to be out, does that count as driving home from work?

YEA, BUT YOU STILL HAVE A CURFEW WITH THE LOCAL PD SO ITS GROUNDS FOR A TICKET AND A CALL TO MOMMY

Yes, it should count, but make sure you have a note from the parents saying that you were babysitting.

Yes it does count as going from work to home however the police department still has a plausible reason to stop and cite you if they feel it is necessary.
