  1. You can obtain a Learner's License at age 15, but you must "Only drive during daylight hours during the first three months and until 10 p.m. thereafter, always with a licensed driver who is at least 21 years old and occupies the front passenger seat."

Once you have had a Learner's License for 1 year, you can get an Operator's License, but there are restrictions until you are 18 years old:

16 years old – only drive between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., unless accompanied by a licensed driver who is at least 21 years old and occupies the front passenger seat, or you are traveling to or from work.

17 years old – only drive between 5 a.m. and 1 a.m., unless accompanied by a licensed driver who is at least 21 years old and occupies the front passenger seat, or you are traveling to or from work.

  2. you have to have held you driver's permit for at least a year and pass all the required driving skills tests. That is, if you are referring to drivings license.

  3. after one year holding the permit
