I have my ppl and i wish to do my cpl in states this has quite difficulty since sep 11 how do i get permission

i did my ppl in south africa and i also have a conversion in kenya i need to do CPL + Ir + NR i can pay for my fees and i wish to do it in FAA reagons this has been difficult since september 11, how do i get one of floridas flying schools permision to do the neccesery

I would suggest you call one of those florida flight schools and ask them.  They deal with it every day, and unless one of them is looking for your question, it might not get answered here.  Also, try not to use acronyms, as they may be different in your country.

PS< they also have flight schools in Arizona, and even Texas.

As long as you  don't look like Osama Bin Laden or have any ties secret or otherwise to the Al Quida, you neednt worry. Because after Sept 11,2001 the Homeland Security screens in depth anyone wishing to be a pilot, your race/color/creed/national origin don't matter anymore. Yes,if you do look like one of Osama's cronnies or has any ties to a terrorist group, forget comming to America to be a pilot.
