1. You're not rushing, BUT don't keep going to bridal shows if you're all locked in. I made that mistake and ended up with 2 dresses because i saw mine on a model and HATED IT!!!!! All turned out perfect though!

  2. better safe than sorry mix some spanish music for me brother!

  3. I always say, better to have it now and know what you have, then to wait and miss out on an opportunity. I think you're fine. Do you have an officiant? Have you set a budget? Worked on the *tenative* guest list?

Work hard now, and you will be relaxing by the time the wedding comes.

  4. I started way early too but it helped with paying everything off too.. i set it up with the reception all to make payments to them until the wedding at it worked great no big bill at the last minute. We were able to afford much more to our wedding and made planning much easier.. however .. i took pics of several dresses and bought one I liked and just found the roll of film and had it developed and realized I should have picked out one of the other dresses.. I have been married for 5 years ! So make sure your dress is " the one" and that you have left room for alterations in your dress you never know what will happen to your size over the next year.

  5. your fine people get excited and want everything asap

  6. Not at all, you are wise to have all these things booked in advance. It is time to put money down on all of this as well, so the sticker shock at the end of the wedding won't hit as hard.

Keep checking back with these folks every month to make sure that you are still onboard for all that has been planned and ask that they contact you well in advance of any problems that may arise.

It is good to plan for flowers and reception and church decorations well ahead too, and caterer if you are having a dinner. If more of a cocktail party with finger foods and drinks, then you still need a caterer for that, so get on that quickly, as they book well in advance.

  7. RI CHARD K - are you not telling us everything?
