I have never been involved in corrupt practices, says http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Harbhajan-Singh-c61453 – Cricket News Update
The out of favour Indian off-spinner, Harbahajan Singh, has stated that he believes in playing cricket the right way and has never been involved in any malpractice. The ‘Turbanator’ also believes that it is not going to be easy for India to find replacements
for legendary cricketers like Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag.
Harbhajan has been out of the national team since the disastrous tour of England last year, where he failed to trouble the English batsman. Since then, the young off-spinner, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/R-Ashwin-c2228 has been given preference over the seasoned campaigner in all
three formats of the game.
However, there are a number of former cricketers who believe that Harbhajan still has a lot of cricket left in him and he should be trusted by the selectors.
The issue of match-fixing and spot-fixing has come to the fore in the last couple of years. It has engulfed domestic as well as international cricketers, but Harbahajan has said that he has always played the game in the right spirit. He credits his status
to cricket and emphasised on being loyal to the game.
The Indian off-spinner said, "We have learnt to play cricket in a fair way. Cricket has given me everything, so would never do any wrong to this game."
http://www.senore.com/Cricket/SR-Tendulkar-c2556, Virender Sehwag
and http://www.senore.com/Cricket/VVS-Laxman-c2772 to call it a day as well.
However, Harbhajan believes that it is not going to be easy for the selectors to find replacements for these great cricketers. Although, India has been enriched with immense batting talent, but to deliver the goods at the domestic level is very different
than performing consistently at the highest level.
"There is need to push young players in the national selection but it would be difficult to find replacements for the troika of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/V-Sehwag-c2739 overnight," Harbhajan added.
