I have never cheated on my wife but I have dreams of either cheating or being suspected of cheating, WHY?

Why do you think I have dreams like these. One was scary. In the dream, I gave a lady with small a baby a ride. My wife saw us together and I got nervous and was trying to explain. I was driving in an area that I was normally not in. It looked suspicious to my wife.

Sometimes I dream that I am in bed with another woman. Why do I have these dreams?
