I have never had a baby and was diagnosed with right sulcus tear. Do you an idea how that might have happened?

this can happen when just having ''wanted'' s*x, sometimes before you have s*x you are not lubricated enough down there and it can cause you to tear, i am rather small as a person and petite i tear every time i have s*x but when i had my son i never tore at all so its normal to tear even during s*x... why ask?
