I fell really weird cause this dude tried kissing me and i had to reject him cause i don't know how? So can you explain

Its really alot easier then it seems to be. Basically it is mouth to mouth, and if you french kiss which is pretty standard, you simply massage his tounge with yours, usually slowly.

If you have never kissed before just let the guy lead, and learn from them, and you will figure out your own style and what you like or don't like;)
