Yes.  A majority of people go there whole lives without one.  I've had two, but they didn't accure until I was 18.  If it's that important to you, stop masterbating and it may accure, but the time frame can vary from a few days to a few weeks, if not more.

totally normal. wet dreams like p***s size varies in guys. some have it everyday and others never. wet dreams are a way to rid the body of excess s***n. so if m********e regularly there is no reason to expect a wet dream. there are also good reasons for regular masturbation outlined in the following article

there are no side effects of masturbating everyday. your body will tell you when you m********e too much. that is your p***s will be too sensitive to touch. but leave it a couple of days and you'll be fine to go again :)

however, if you do want to experience a wet dream just stop masturbating completely. though it may take a while. i tried it once before and it took about 3 weeks for me before experiencing it. though i must admit that if you want to try be sure to wear briefs to bed. sleeping nude is a bad idea cause it got really messy. also i didn't experience any "dream". rather i just woke up as i was finishing my ejaculation.
