Actually, yes, at professional buildings though.  Such as, the Microsft head office, the TD Bank head office, in fact, just yesterday I went to an Indian restaurant called Kwality (don't ask about spelling, it was spelled that way) Sweets, and the restaurant was heavenly, so clean!

there is a convenience store near my home that has flowers, potpourri and is very clean.  I was shocked!

Yes, I have. At Von Mar...it's a very  upscale department store.

Yes, I have been in many clean public restrooms.  Not very many at gas stations though.

Some very clean, some not.  The better restaurants are always clean.  If not I don't eat there again.

if the toilet and sink are clean that is good for me.  the floor and walls and other things can wait to be cleaned after hours.  

Resturant bathrooms are pretty clean and if i see one that isn't i report it.

the worst restrooms have got to be walmarts or gas stations.
