your normal for your age pubescent boys some times look like this so don't worry if it doesn't go away in say three years see your doctor

its nothing to worry .. its just formation of fate... this can be rectified bby a small surgery.. i have the same problem ..i dint prefer any surgery i can able spent with my gf i am a dad too .... so dont worry just cheer up

Pubertal Gynecomastia - Watch it and get hormonal level checked. Go to endocrinologist.

This is normal for boys who are going through puberty. They will go away in time. You are not growing breast like a female and your gender is not in question.

it is called Gynecomastia. it can be cause from several factors such as high body fat. imbalance of s*x hormones your estrogen levels are higher than your testosterone levels... the simptoms are usually itchy or sensetive nipples hard ball like objects under your nipple, secreation of "milk". you should talk to your dr. about this he can perscribe you an anti-estrogen to balance out your hormones and prevent this from happening

i have the same problem. i was asexual when i was born and my parents decided to make me a boy but i turned out to be more girl.  you are developing b*****s but they wont get very big. maybe an A cup.  i got surgery to remove the b*****s even though i wanted to keep them and remove the p***s. although thats all your call.

Well, you need to be way more specific, how big are the ball-like things, is it when your nipples are hard, soft, or always, just explain it more.

It's normal.

You're going through puberty & your body is awash with hormones.

Some oestrogen's (yes, men have oestrogen as well, even macho, muscular blokes!) got to your breast & they're attempting to grow, but they won't.

It's like the weird thing some lads have with their voice jumping octaves; just part of growing up.
