I have no experience in soccer, can I play?

Well honestly I have no experience in playing soccer. I want to join my high schools scocer team which starts up in spring.

Since I have no idea what I'm doing, do you reccomend that I don't even bother with the sport? I mean because I'm sure there will be plenty of people who are super good..

Even though there are people that are much better ( No offense) you are still going to learn the fundamentals and keep doing them even till you get real tired of them :P eventually you'll get there.

It all begins from how interested you are. If you like the sport, then go for it. Just make sure you always practice with buddies who are around your skill level, or who you feel comfortable playing with to get better.

Okay ill encourage you to go, but you rele should believe your gonna get on the team... ive play soccer for 6 7 years and im still learning stuff. and at school the guys can kick my *** at soccer....and im rele good, ive played on a select soccer team for 4 years, and guys just have this talent for soccer. and its rele hard to make the team. so i would maybe learn the fundamentals of the game, and take a ball outside and practice, if this is wat you wanna do!!! Go for it! There will be people better than you but that shouldn't stop you if you really want to do it! Work on your own and you will see that you are improving. Don't let the fact that your not the best stop you from doing it. Always try your hardest, that's how you get  better! Good Luck!

try out but dont expect to make a team unless ur team doesnt cut anybody and if you dont make it go and play for a club team
