You should go to a department store & visit the make up counter. CLinque is a great place to start (for a natural look) I used to love it there when I was younger. Now that I'm older (& wear more make up) I'm a big fan of MAC....

for the eyes, just put on some gold/brown shimmery eyeshadow, some eyeliner on your bottom lashes (only the outer 1/3) and mascara. then put on some nude lipgloss, and BAM, your gorgeous :D.
