  1. when he files the bmv form regarding the accident, he will note that you did not have insurance.  also, his insurance company will try to contact yours, see the problem.

the state will contact you for your insurance info but since you have none, they will suspend your license for up to 2 years.  you will be required to pay 250 dollars for reinstatement plus file a sr-22 for five years.

  2. I don't know where Robin's information comes from but here's what I found on "google"

I have not seen any law which would relieve them of their obligation to pay for your economic losses just because you were uninsured.

  3. Are you hurt,,,,, if not,,,, easy brezy,,,,

get the estimates, contact his insurance company, send over the estimates, and done.

Insurance adjustors are all about closing the claim, as cheap as possible.  No need to involve your insurance / (or lack of insurance) since you have no finacial obligation in the claim.

  4. Maybe You should try to google it first ,however if you like some direct resource ,here might be helpful.

  5. Any time you don't have insurance, it is usually deemed your fault.  Sorry for your luck on that one.  Hope things get better for you!!!

  6. If he was at fault, yes they will.  You should contact them immediately.

Thye will also pay for a rental car and for your medical expenses.

  7. But you have no insurance.  That is against the law.  Sorry.

  8. Yes.  But you should have been ticketed for not having insurance,  That still may happen.
