I have no sound on. i have no sound on realtek ac 97 card. all device audio drivers are yellow

i have no sound on realtek ac 97 card. all device audio drivers are yellow with exlamation mark next to them. im using a acer aspire computer ,all sound card titles r greyed out ,without any access i have a code 39 error.
