I have no w2 to file taxes?

trying to e-file my federal income tax return (yes i know im late) but i had no income in the u.s. in 2007 so did not recieve a w2, i worked in europe for 7 months and am unable to get around filing without a w2, using h&r block tax cut free e-file and it will not allow me to exclude w2 income but did allow me to include foriegn income.

any way around this?.

  1. You can not e-file if you have foreign address.

    If you have U.S. address, then you should be able to e-file tax return.

    On your U.S. return, you must report your worldwide income. Read: http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/03/us-c...  


  2. Call the IRS and ask them to send you a earnings report.  Then you can use that information on it.
