though. However, I don't know what is going on with me. But I find myself feeling extremely tired, fatigued and weak. I went to the gym and wasn't able to keep up with my usual workout. I climb 25 stairs at home and I am huffing and puffing my lungs out. I thought quiting meat gives more energy but what is happening to me? I feel like I can sleep all day long. Any advice?
