yes you can, all you have to do is take a mirror and spread your labia to the side. The hymen can be seen on the outside of the v****a, and it partially covers the vaginal opening and looks like skin/flesh

not to my knowledge, but you may have ruptured it with a ride on a horse, bicycle, or a tampon.  go to the doctor young lady.  please....
