I have not seen my period since the 27th of last month i had a tubal 11 years ago and i am stressed?

I have been under a lot of stress lately and my menstrual cycle is late i have not seen it since last month i haven't been sleeping right and i get cramps as if its coming but nothing happens. my tubes have been tied for 11 years though.

I think its too soon to worry. I mean you are only about a day or 2 late. That is normal especially the older you get.  If you totally skip your period, then you would want to call your dr or take a pregnancy test. Even still many women skip a period or two in their lifetime for whatever reason. But better safe than sorry.  Still, I wouldn't jump to conclusions this early in the game.
