Your account has probably been canceled after so long with no activity. How are you asking this question?

Yeah,the other answer you have is true you can't get to yahoo answers with out signing in first.So maybe if you are signed in in your phone the computer wont let you sign again.Or you might need to make a new mailbox or profile.Then use that.Try signing out of yahoo answers and then sign in again.
