  1. go to sephora and buy this:

    urban decay eyeshadow potion primer

    http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?...

it works really well and should work for any skin color.

your eyeshadows will absolutely last longer and will not crease!

  2. Ok, I strongly suggest Urban Decay Primer Potion.  It is a bit lighter than your skin tone, but it's ultra-sheer and your going to be covering it up with eyeshadow anyway.

It's $16 and you can find at either Sephora, sephora.com, or urbandecay.com under "eyes."

  3. try this: http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?...

or use mineral eyeshadows, they crease less i think

  4. yes, you can use foundation. but here are some that i heard are good

    loreal de crease

urban decay primer potion [aka UDPP]

    pur minerals eye prep

    you can also use concealer

and what i like to do is dab a bit of pressed powder on my eyelids before i put my base on.

  5. potion primer by urban

  6. of course, urban decay primer potion is good, but its pretty expensive.

    U can also try Loreal's de-crease.

it is $7 at drugstores - less than half the price as the other one and works just as well.
