So far i've been taking 250mg daily, but in the research some guy did with it, he used like 10,000 mg (10 grams to simplify that). and 250mg seems not to be doing much. but i'm afraid of the whole vitamin b complex imbalance if i do that.
so what should i take? lots of b5 (which is pantothenic acid), keep my 250mg dose, or take lots of b5 with a b complex, or just take a b complex in general (but i dont think that has enough b5 to have effect.)
or other. please be specific in what you recommend.
