  1. is the back door level with the existing pad?....if not maybe a cap over

  2. Capping it is your only solution.  Cap it with a very thin layer of concrete, then seal it.

  3. For this case i think u can visit http://www.asesidea.com/tips_and_tricks....

    Thanks

  4. Sure.

Go to any good hardware store. they will have a special type of concrete that you mix up and apply as a thin coat. However, it sometimes can take a little skill to get a nice finish.

When I had this problem I installed outdoor floor tile. I looked great, was easy to do, and it really did not cost near as much as I thought it would. I got the tile on sale and spent less than $200 for a large area, about 200 square foot.

  5. Try a local Grano business they do resurfacing etc

  6. Best on the market is ardex.

This product can be obtained at most commercial supply stores. Here I get from white cap industries,a division of Home Depot.I go through alot of it in a years time, however it like all things is a temp repair.

    My Best

  7. i had the same problem, did what typo suggested, and it looks great.

  8. ardex are by far the best levelling compounds on the market. they are very easy to use, some are self levelling !

which product you use will depend on what type of finish you are after, you might want to ceramic tile it ? If that was the case you wouldnt need to do much if any smoothing, maybe just some leveling.

or if you want to keep the concrete look, you can just top the slab with a new surface to a smoother finish. This will require getting the old slab very clean, either by grinding or an acid type wash and depending on the size maybe drilling some pins into it, then pouring the new slab on top.

This option leaves the door open for spray paving/ concrete  paint type finishes also !
