They are still good, but you have to put another 5 cents on the envelope.

yes you can use them, just make sure you put enough of them on to send it. otherwise it will just be returned to the return address

Yes but you will have to use some other stamps to pay the rest for postage

Yeah of course you can still use them!

But you have to add those add-on stamps to make it equal the vaule of the current mailing stamps.

That's why they have those one cent stamps!
