I think it is a tumor because when my hamsters are pregnant  ut doesn't have lumps in its stomach. ... hope I can help for your hamster to be secure consult a veterinarian. good luck

Like i said before you should really go to the vet cause if it's a tumor you need to get it treated soon!

it could be a cyst. when you touch it, if the hamster reacts its most likely a tumor but if you touch it and nothing happens its most likely a cyst which are harmless. But Im pretty sure your hamster isn't pregnant.
